- Ajo, 10 dientes.
- Cebolla, 1/2.
- Salsa inglesa, 2 cucharada.

- Azúcar, 1 cucharada.
- Sal, pimienta negra al gusto.

- Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons.

Iniciamos lavando las piezas de pollo con abundante agua y vinagre, luego sazonamos con sal y pimienta negra. Reservamos.

Ahora picamos ajo en forma pequeña y cebolla en forma de juliana.

En una olla a fuego alto añadimos aceite y azúcar, cuando se caliente la azúcar y obtenga color oscuro; bajamos el fuego a temperatura baja.

Revisamos sal y volvemos a tapar.
