PrologueStone is on fire! It's by far the resource that makes me the most in fees in the trade hub, so I decided to give it a bump. I was first thinking of putting my GF Spirit Hoarder to work, but then I saw what the rent for that card was at - and no, the resource pool does not pay THAT much.

There is much talk about freedom these days. Freedom of speech, freedom of trade, freedom of identity, and so on. In all those talks, freedom is dealt as an absolute. A pure thing. The ultimate goal of humanity. I don't think so. How did I get to this article? By thinking about my daughter, as for so many times these days. This is not the first draft, and it changed a lot during the writing process, so here’s the starting question: “What do I want for my child?”

Status QuoI usually omit EOS-Reports now, although they're always cool because one can spend a lot of Glint and get all those shiny new cards - the most addictive thing in Splinterlands. This season though, many long-term strategies finally bore fruits, and I'm super happy to share them. And I really hope it will motivate some others to keep going. It's a grind, but the rewards are exponentially! One could call it capitalistic masochism... 😝

PrologueThere are two summoners that beat my team to pieces regularly. One is from the Untamed-Edition and turns me into mincemeat in basically all Wild-Tournaments, and the other one is the most OP card ever (we shall not say its name as the creator likes that, and we will not encourage him [though he's a cool dude]).

Today I was riding home from school with Lily. She’s pretty good in traffic for her 6,5 years, definitely better than most adult Ecuadorians – which isn’t that hard, given that most of them don’t even drive on the “right” side of the road, but always counter traffic. It’s tradition, so nobody bothers. Another showcase for that the laws here are not developed based on the culture and its values, but copied without further thought. But that’s not important right now.
