Good health is one of the reasons I just can't help but not exercise. Yeah, one of the reasons is on the healthy part. Looking sexy, fit, and being able to move the body is also another way I make sure to do any form of exercise(Flexibility).
Sometimes, I dance... You know, the Spanish sort of vigorous fun cultural mixer with modern dance? Yeah. It is always fun. Other times, I do aerobics, but what has always had me going is taking a walk, especially at night. It relaxes me in so many ways. It just truly fits me.
Yesterday, despite the dance exercise I had. Mostly salsa and some really cool movements, hehe I did in the morning after my morning routines, I felt refreshed afterwards with a bath. When evening came, I already prepared my mind for a walk and I am glad I did despite the weather forecast and also how the weather was before I left home...
I don't know, I would say, but I know I truly know that isn't true, lol. I know part of me really wanted to get wet and smell the rain not from a closed door but from the outside world, but fortunately, unfortunately, it didn't rain. A light shower came when I was getting fruits, and I thought, "Yeah, here it comes," but umm... I got nothing. It was just for a very few seconds, and that's it.
Absolutely nothing afterwards! My luck, it must be, right?
Though I was glad I went with my phone and earbuds despite the weather forecast. Listening to music as I go out for a walk has always made my day especially cool blues listening under the rain* but phew! Yeah. I did get Enya's Orinoco Flow with me.
So...
After getting the fruit, I continued with the walk, and it was an exciting one, though the rain would have made it more incredible, but who cares, right?
When I got back to the hotel I booked, it was already very dark outside. The air was fresh, and it just soothed my heart. I took a shower, took some fruit as dinner, and decided to see a movie on Netflix, and I was glad I did because the movie was really worth it.
