I kept hearing about corruption anywhere in this country. It's troubling, and disgruntling. Life is very hard in our country , and it's becoming harder. Prices grow up continually. It's worrying, at the same time, maddening because of the continuous corruption in the Philippines.

Many people can't go a day without taking a nap. Especially some people who are working, they take some time to take a nap. That will give them more energy to do subsequent work. Taking a nap is also good to take care of oneself. Too much sleep isn't good though, a good nap will be great.

There are times when we're so stressed, that we need to breathe. Why not slow down from what stresses you? It may be from work, responsibilities, and other activities that is tiring you. As you slow down, you also need to relax. You can schedule it.

Large parts of the Philippines is currently submerged in water. The rain has been ongoing for almost a week, and the skies are showing it will take longer. Aside from that, new typhoons are building up. All we are hoping is the end of the rain, and for new typhoons to melt away. There are many places in the world which is also experiencing extremely strong rains. It seems the weather has really changed, and kept changing.

Some people are naturally waking up very early in the morning. I used to wake up around 5-6am but I stay in bed until I wanted to get up. It's suggested to be early to get up though. Do some exercises to wake you up. Or probably have a cup of coffee.

The song "Flowers" has been very popular that it brought back Miley Cyrus's fame. In fact, it's empowering because it's lyrics is one of the suggested thing to do for self care. So why not buy yourself one, when no one else will? Besides, buying yourself flowers is an indication of your independence, that you don't have to be reliant to anyone.
