Zoo Drive Thru at Batu Secret Zoo

Hi, i am Arveno from Surabaya city Indonesia. I want to share about my vacation this time in my hometown city called Malang city. I already posted my second content here. And this is the last part for my vacation on Batu Secret Zoo. This is new features on this Batu Secret Zoo called Zoo Drive Thru. In the past there was features like this but just to feeding some herbivore animals and free. But it just take 10-15 minutes. And this time this features deleted and renew with paid drive thru. But, this time my entrance ticket is combination with this features so, it still free and included on this tickets no need to paid more.

We are using car from this facility and no need to bring own car. But, if you are from outside you can using your own car and pacing with your own pace especially when this place is not crowded. And if using the car facility, it took around 45 minutes road in this features.

At first we are need to wait till the car is full. It need total 10 person in this car. After full, we are departing and starting the journey. Basically we can see from both sided, many cage and exhibit in this place. But, somehow when seeing the animal that so small like marmoset or apes, we cannot seeing anything. Especially the bird. Actually i cannot see the bird at all.

At first this Drive Thru is not make me too excited because i think the animals is same with outside the drive thru. Like the Tapir and Rhinoceros. But as long as my son still stunned with this view i am still happy too. Not my wife since she cannot ride car, She has carsick. I dont know how to treat this and yeah my wife dont want to training her mind to be strong when in car so she is not enjoying much when riding this.

And what amusing me after passing through the animal cage, we are entering the tunnel that it turns out filled with so many moving statue and many game of lights. And sorry if my picture is not focused since this car is moving and only stopped a few second and my phone cannot balancing the speed of this car. Thats why many picture blurr. But i dont want to selective so you guys can keep with my experience.

After passing through the tunnel then we are entering the cages of birds. Many birds in there, from Ostrich,Rangkong,Cassowari,Parrot,Macau Bird, and many more. In this journey the driver explained to us all the species of the bird. Of course it just crossing by on our ears since the driver explained so fast and our brain cannot digest information. But, yeah we can googling it later.

After that we are stopping in Alligator cage, They are so many and seems chills in this cage. And many of them is really fat. So i guess this alligator is well feeded.

After that we are moving to Mammals area, there are walabi,deer,gazelle,deer, and mountain goat and many more.
We should be able to feed the animals, but for this day the feed is run out since this place is crowded too. So, we did not get any of this animals food. It is deeply regretted. But what we can do, just enjoyed this ride.

Then we are entering the Tiger Cage. It is cool that this Tigers combined in one cage. Usually they will fight each other right. But, i dont know they can live together. That different with the Jaguar. She live alone, and the driver said that this Jaguar is really old 14 years old he said.

After that we are going throught building statue and religion statue in my country. Thats cool for educating kid. My son watching all of this and starting to saving in his head and memory about the religion.

Then we can see Llama and some of decoration then we can see the Tiger again, i dont remember i think it is Siberian Tiger and Bengal Tiger. I dont remember about that. Then we are going to Rest Area, this is the half of this features. Next we are walking around and entering the nursery building when we can direct contact to those animals from cat,bird,fish, until bison.

Actually i cannot in this place for a long time. It will make my nose started to sneezing. I am allergic to fur. Thats why i am sad since i am loving seeing the animals but most animal is having fur. Thats why i cannot with them especially in close range. And when i am started to sneeze it cannot stop till my brain and airway sensor did not detect any fur. And when the fur still inside my nose even little bit the sensor will telling my nose to sneeze. And i can weak after sneezing so many times. And it makes my day really bad, cannot concentration and cannot doing anything. Thats why i am taking picture fast and go outside and breath the outdoor air without any fur. FYI i am wearing a mask thankfully so the fur is filtered at the mask. And since i cannot upload video. So, i dont have any picture for this extreme bike sport. After done watching it lets move out and ride a car again and finish the rest of this features.

At first we served with the game of lights again and i think it is better when we see at night but it wont happened since it close at 5 p.m but at the other building called Jatime Park 3 we can see more faboulus city light and game of light. I already write it last year. But, maybe next year i can staycation on there and sharing with u guys.

Then this is the place that my son happy and mesmerized. He love with moving statue especially robot like this. He just can said woaa woaa along this road. And i am happy to see that.

After that we can see many species of bull and little bit horse cage. But we need to passing through the tunnel before entering the horse cage. And yeah the bull cage was awesome, especially the long horn bull. That really something, if our car got hit by them we will die actually impaled by their horn.

At first i dont know what kind of tunnel it is just decorating with water and view of water. And turns out we are entering Aquarium site on Drive thru. Thats awesome. But, i am little bit mad because this car is too fast.

See what i mean, this car is too fast. I cannot enjoying see and taking a picture in there. But, they got pretty good carnivourous fish in there. There are Albino Alligator Gar,Albino Gourame,Black Alligator Gar, and Big Red Tail Catfish. and they have sea turtle too. swimming around. Sadly it too fast.

After that we can see many form of tanks. Which is not usefull at all. And the driver is not stopping by so we cannot seeing anything of this.

And after that we are entering the old place. This place is the old place that we usually called safari riding park and free. But, this time they are combined and make it bigger also it need to paid more. Yeah no free money for management.

After that here comes the ponytail horse that wandering around and very friendly. We also can pat them if u want. But i cant bear the smell.LOL. and also the fur. It really close to me. But, at least i am not to selfish so i ask my son to pat them if he want.

Then we are circle the area and see the reindeer until the last is bison.

And then we can see Sumatra Tiger. And after this cage it would be Lion cage, but the lion is on tis burrow so i cannot see them.

Then we can see monkey and bird for the last area then we are come back to the first place. After that the rain comes and we just waiting on cafetaria until the rain stopped. But, unfortunately when the rain stopped it is 4.30 p.m and mostly animals going to be in cage and this area is closed. So, i am just taking a picture the area and some animals.

If that day is not raining maybe we can try riding the boat to along the river and see Pelican bird from close range. But, after rain the boat are wet and both my wife and my son did not want to make their butt wet so we carry on.

In the last picture usually we can feeding the giraffe but,after the rain, they are have been put in cage.

Also this time i cannot see those red panda, maybe next time. Next time i am planning to staycation in hotel inside this zoo. Yep that will be free entry ticket if i am staying at their hotel. And i can strolling from morning.

Yep all the tiger exhibit are empty. So they are have been on inside cage right now.

Thats the end of this Batu Secret Zoo, before we leave we are not forgetting to buy some snacks and drinks for us in hotel. And we are looking around about those souvenirs, and it turns out that too pricey. T shirt that cost 20$ its too overpriced. LOL. After that we are going to hotel.

Maybe in another post i will sharing about this lovely hotel. We loved to stay in this hotels, affordable and having pretty good views.
