Hi, I am Arveno from Surabaya city. in this content i want to share about my dream buying house. Unfortunately i am not from rich family. I am from the lower middle class that it is really good if we can survive. And mostly we are living from paycheck to paycheck. And since both of my parents doing that, so me and my brother having habbits like worker. But, since i am the rebellion kid. I just cannot handle if working on company. I am not comfortable wearing suit and shoes working 8-10 hours daily. And it turns out that my little brother do the same as me. So, we are just 2 brother that doing selfemployment and trying to survive doing anything with my own faith not depends on company faith. But the others brother still working on company. But yeah thats will be my own decision and their own decision right.
So, this is my wallet, you can check on my wallet by yourself tho. But yeah look what i have, nearly 700$ on my HBD. Not talking HP since maybe i will took the HP when i am really retired using Hive, but since i am still on Hive i will not powering down any HP and i am to lazy to wait and recalculate waiting powering down while the market price changed. So, talking about liquidity yeah i am using HBD as liquidity saving here.
I can touching 700HBD by the end of this month (I dont know for sure, but if i get many support from community i believe i can reach it).
And what i want to tell you is. Lately many friends of mine grieving because of their parent passed away. And it make me realized that as a kid i still not making my parents proud at the moment. They are still worrying me not having house and i feel like burden to them since they feel like it is still their responsibility. Thats why it also burdening me as their kid. I need to prove to my parents. Or actually maybe this is just to fulfilling my ego. I am not proving to my parents actually, but it turns out to proving to myself that i can make them proud and make them at least not worrying me again and seeing me like adult ( Even i know that i will never be adult in my parents eyes since that's the same thought towards my son, i will seeing him as kid even tho he is adult). And today it is my time to do cardio and i usually walking around my neighboorhood and watching out and looking around what changes in every week.
And i seeing this house and i kinda falling in love with this house. Pretty big enough for 4 adult people live i guess. So, if my parents or my parents in law want to stay, they can live without worrying dont have any places.
But, i think i need to wake up and realize that i dont have that much money to brave enough buying and make mortage to this house. It cost maybe more than 70k$. And compared to 700$ that i have i need to hustling 100x times harder to reaching 70k$. But, maybe eventually i can reach there. I just need to calculate and managing risk that i have for investment. And if i can do consistency i can reach 70k$. Not in just 1-2 years. Maybe in 10 years it can happened. But, i dont know my parents still can live that long or not. If i am luck enough and getting money fast, maybe i can prove it both to my ego and my parents that i can buying house and yeah it will make them lose 1 worry in their life. That will make me really proud, maybe i can take the proud until i dead. So, what do you think about this dream guys??

FYI both me and my wife income for a month is just below 1k$.
Thats why sometimes i confused with people that can get more than 1k$, how they make it happened. Many motivator just telling the usual ways that everybody knows or worst most people do but still failed. They did not give any tips and trick with real ways to touch there. Same in hive too, i stil dont know how to get really big support. Even though i am already make good writing (at least for me) but still got nothing exposure. Yeah thats true that life is never be fair. I need to accept that. And for the end of this content. I already calculate how to reach 70k$ and still with paying house rent that cost me almost 4k$. With high APR and consistency i believe i can reach there. And of course it will depends on support from hive community too.
