Lovely morning walk with the girls; the light was amazing, the air fresh and cool.
I'm trying to get up early again at 5am to get a good walk in and I'm feeling so much better for it.
I've not been living very healthily lately and it shows, so I'm back being more active, aiming for 10,000 steps a day and eating healthy stuff.
I shall start using Actifit again as well. I have to be honest, that I keep forgetting to start it up.
I've got a new toy, that I shall post about soon. It arrived today. Hooray!

Schöner Morgenspaziergang mit den Mädchen; das Licht war fantastisch, die Luft frisch und kühl.
Ich versuche wieder, früh um 5 Uhr aufzustehen, um einen langen Spaziergang zu machen, und es geht mir viel besser.
Ich habe in letzter Zeit nicht sehr gesund gelebt, und das merkt man. Deshalb bin ich wieder aktiver, strebe 10.000 Schritte pro Tag an und ernähre mich gesund.
Ich werde auch wieder mit Actifit anfangen. Ehrlich gesagt vergesse ich ständig, es einzuschalten.
Ich habe ein neues Spielzeug, über das ich bald berichten werde. Es ist heute angekommen. Hurra!
