We're fortunate in Alexandria to have this sidewalk
by the beach that most Alexandrians use to take long
walks or run at.
We encourage ourselves to become better people,
we have common goals and we support each other
to achieve these goals.
this is I think, the true definition of friendship.
I fesl how destructive smoking was to me whenever
I run, and find that years ago I had more ability
to run faster, for longer, without being half tired.
I'm on a mission to get rid of all the harm done
by smoking.
