Today is the first workday of the week for me. We've been having so much heat these days as a result of the high intensity of the sun. Today however, the good Lord blessed us by sending the rains. The first heavy downpour of the year. People really were happy with the rain as it has now cooled everywhere. The heat has reduced.

We woke up to a bright new day, a day of rest. I attended the first service of the day. I enjoyed the praises and worship. The preaching too was would enriching. We dismissed shortly before noon.

It was time for me to visit the regional office of our tax board. The assessment given to my client was outrageous. I insisted that he won't pay it. I want a review or at best a better explanation as to how they arrived at the humongous sum.

Happy Wednesday everyone. I saw a beautiful thing today while on my way to work. A group of young doctors and other health service providers gathered themselves to offer something for their immediate environment. I saw these young professionals organizing sensitization and workshop against glaucoma. Thereafter, they offered some treatment for some patients with the said ailment. If everyone contributes his or her quota, without looking at the government who may sometimes appear insensitive, our World will be a happy place to be.
