(日本語は下にあります)【English】This is a daily Actifit, but since I ran so much, I'm posting it again today.
This weekend I ran on Saturday and Sunday in a row. I'm usually satisfied with running one day either way, but I'm going to try to run for the half marathon when I can. If possible, I'd like to get a good run in on Saturday and keep it light on Sunday. If I push myself too hard, it will interfere with my work from Monday. The other difficult thing is when to run during the day. If it's early in the morning or at night, I don't have to cut down on playtime with the kids, but on my days off, I like to sleep in. Especially when I blog at night like this, I tend to stay up late, which makes mornings even tougher. It is nice to run in the cool morning air, though. On the other hand, when I run at night, I end up crashing into a bar in the dark like I did the other day, or getting my foot caught in a hollow. I once sprained my leg running at night, so I am not comfortable with it. Above all, I usually drink beer on holiday nights, so it is dangerous to run afterwards. If I had one drink during the day, I would run. After all, I want to make this trend of beer after running. Yesterday, I went for a run at around 3 pm. I generally run during the day on weekends and at night on weekdays.
