Today I went for my regular dental checkup and cleaning—something I do every six months.
It’s not always easy to make the time (and yes, it costs a bit), but it really helps prevent bigger problems down the road. I see it as a small investment in future health, and I highly recommend it ☺️ I want to eat as many as tasty vegetables in my life!
