My Actifit Report Card: April 22 2025

Had an absolutely solid day today. Started off the morning with a killer leg day workout focusing on leg press, step ups, and deadlift. Then after that and throughout the day made sure to do a lot of walking to get more activity without overdoing the impact.
Now time for bed as rest is just as important. Hope your fitness journeys are going well!
