Did a 5 miler today and really tried to focus on staying in zone 2 when it came to heart rate. I found it to be quite difficult actually as I would either need to run very slowly or even stop to walk to points when I crossed into zone 3.

I put in some serious miles on the trail today and racked up the steps. Felt good being around that same kind of energy seeing the other runners out there. Back in the gym for weights tomorrow but I think I may get a quick run in with one of the new run clubs I’ve joined. All good fun and great to feel some progress!

This keeps SPS constantly burning for DEC that either gets burned or locked up in the DAO and keeps the flywheel moving forward - even if slowly.

In this video, I discuss whether or not modern format will stay top heavy once Chaos Legion rotates out with the introduction of Conclave Arcana. Many people are expecting that the rotation will even out the leagues a little more - and in theory it absolutely will assuming more players come in and more packs are purchased. As of now though, we are showing less Conclave Arcana packs that would get into circulation than Rebellion which is already low compared to Chaos Legion. This could mean that until the market picks up or the marketing efforts ramp up we could end up in an interesting situation where we continue to have a top heavy modern format - much more scaled down though.

Had an absolutely solid day today. Started off the morning with a killer leg day workout focusing on leg press, step ups, and deadlift. Then after that and throughout the day made sure to do a lot of walking to get more activity without overdoing the impact.

The idea was to create so much indirect demand for SPS through demand for DEC that there would be constant buying pressure on SPS to buy and burn for more DEC to use in game. We are starting to see that now again after getting a preview of it during the Rebellion launch.
