I have been trying to get one product but it's difficult to procure in India and Oman both. It's a Laser comb of a particular brand. It's not available anywhere in the shops both in Oman and India so I looked for online shopping, but again there also it is not available on any of the local online stores. Then the only resort is to order from the Company website, which is in US.
Again here, the company does not have delivery services to Oman. In India they do have it but the problem in India to order anything from abroad is of paying the high custom fees. Some times the custom fees are more then the product fees, and in this particular product I checked, it is more then the product charge, which is making it super expensive, and I am thinking is it really worth it. In Oman since they do not have delivery, if I am going through a third party, it's almost the same case, the price becomes double. I am also trying to search now something alternate, because I do not wish to pay 500$ for a comb, which in original is costing only around 200$
The product is Ultima 9 Classic Laser Comb, the benefits of the use of this Laser comb is reduces hair loss, stimulates healthy hair growth. Lately I have been having hair fall, and I consulted an expert who advised me to use this. Now I need to go back to him again and check for alternatives.
This is the problem here in India to procure some of these things from other countries which are not available locally. As such India market is big and almost everything we can get here, but still there are few brands which are not available. If we try to get it shipped then the custom charges kill. They are too high, and sometimes they hold on to the package for long time. Even if I order, I will get it almost after 2 months. Especially in Oman it is always difficult to procure international products because the market there has still not expanded, so anything I order online I have to pay a premium price for it.
Now let's see if I can find something alternative. Today I have spent almost 2 hours on this and yet not fruitful results, quite a waste of time, but I need to figure out something.
