Porchcat first showed up on the porch as I was preparing for a long drive. During the 5,000 miles, she cried the entire time, but got used to being taken out and walked on a leash. Now, she loves going outside for walks and is accustomed to the harness and leash.
People tell me it's cute to see her walking on a leash. What do you think? Comment below.
Pics in North America
Here is a picture of her standing on the remains of dead tree - looking around seeing if there is anything nearby to kill, probably locked on to a squirrel:
We lived along a pathway and stream where she loved to go outside and explore. Only issue was the coyotes. But she was quick and able to blend in if needed.
Here is a picture of her walking near the tall grass along the stream:
Here she is a time when she ran up a tree to look around. She really loved the view:
And here is one, where you may need to play a little Where's Kitty? She is hidden. Can you see her?
Pics in Latin America
Here she is taking a rest at a beach in Latin America, trying to stay out of the hot sun. This was her first time visiting a beach, anywhere:
And, now, another picture of her walking along the sidewalk but in Latin America. Any guesses on the country we were in?

One thing I have learned having a cat that walks on a leash is that it takes time to teach them to walk on a leash, they don't walk the same as dogs - preferring to sit and look around. Cats are curious little creatures and adaptable.
