Cómo siempre feliz de compartir con ustedes y poder hacerlo con estás lindas pulseras, que representa para mí la temporada más hermosa del año, como lo es la navidad. Todos esos sentimientos y emociones cargados de muchos colores y en especial del amor y la esperanza de que todo será mejor en el nuevo año.
Para participar en el concurso elegí este par de pulseras, ya que son lo más me gusta llevar en cuanto a prendas de bisutería...y sobre todo las de hilo.
Por lo que hice estos lindos Santas, con su gran barba y fueran el centro de las pulseras.
Una tejidas en mostacillas rojas y blancas y la otra sujetada por hilo chino y tejido con nudo de serpiente.

As always, I'm happy to share with you all, and I'm doing so with these lovely bracelets, which represent for me the most beautiful time of the year: Christmas. All those feelings and emotions, filled with vibrant colors, and especially with love and the hope that everything will be better in the new year.
To participate in the contest, I chose this pair of bracelets because they're my favorite jewelry to wear... especially those made of thread.
So I made these cute Santas, with their big beards, to be the centerpieces of the bracelets.
One is woven with red and white seed beads, and the other is secured with Chinese thread and woven with a snake knot.
Para su elaboración utilice los siguientes materiales:
- mostacillas en colores rojas, blancas, moradas,negras y doradas.
- alambre de cobre y hilo de naylon
- mostacillon
- broche y argollas.
- hilo chino en color rojo.
- pinza, tijera y yesquero.
To make it, use the following materials:
- Seed beads in red, white, purple, black, and gold.
- Copper wire and nylon thread.
- Large seed beads.
- Clasp and jump rings.
- Red Chinese thread.
- Pliers, scissors, and a lighter.

Paso #01
Una vez que forme las figuras en la mesa, se me hizo más fácil y rápido, ya que solo hay que entrecruzar los extremos de los alambres en cada vuelta.
Step #01
Once I formed the shapes on the table, it became easier and faster, since I only had to cross the ends of the wires over each turn.
Paso # 02
En unos s cuarenta centímetros de alambre comencé colocando en centro cinco mostacillas doradas y cruce las puntas por la última, formando un círculo.
Luego introduje el mostacillon blando semejando la borla del gorro... después las rojas comenzando con tres y aumentando hasta seis para formar el gorro.
Step #2
On about forty centimeters of wire, I started by placing five gold seed beads in the center and crossed the ends through the last one, forming a circle.
Then I added the soft seed bead, resembling the tassel of the hat... then the red ones, starting with three and increasing to six to form the hat.
Paso # 03.
Con las mostacillas blancas empiezo hacerle la cara, incorporando las negras para los ojos y la roja por la nariz...ya después se empieza a disminuir en cada vuelta, hasta hacerle la punta de la barba.
Step #3.
Using the white beads, I begin to create the face, adding the black ones for the eyes and the red one for the nose...then I start decreasing the number of beads with each round, until I reach the tip of the beard.
Paso # 04.
Teniendo listo los dijes, decido hacerle al del gorro rojo los extremos tejidos en blanco y rojo con naylon y colocándole un broche.
Para el otro el hilo chino en rojo y le teji a los lados el nudo de serpiente en macramé, con cierre deslizado.
Step #4.
With the charms ready, I decided to make the ends of the red hat charm woven in white and red nylon and attach a clasp.
For the other charm, I used red Chinese thread and wove a macrame snake knot along the sides, with a sliding closure.
