I hope you are all doing well. I am doing well, thank God. I am writing again to briefly tell you about the training courses I have taken in 2025 and my latest experience, which was a workshop on digital marketing and social media management.

Since the beginning of 2025, I have been able to complete at least four professional training courses to increase and broaden my knowledge of the tools I will be using in the near future. These include a course in psychological first aid, psychological intervention based on gender violence, a university education diploma for teachers, a workshop on mental health certificates, and finally, this year's marketing course.

I would say that the training courses this year were very varied, but I always chose to do and study things that I will actually use, not to take courses or diplomas for the sake of it, but because they really serve a purpose. One of them was psychological first aid. Although it is a tool that anyone can use, it is also necessary to be trained in what it is, the protocols to apply, in what context and situation it is used, and finally, how to use PAP properly.

It was undoubtedly one of the most important because I currently believe that both the Venezuelan population and those outside the country are in greater need of this type of tool, especially due to the constant changes in the world from one day to the next in the news, and of course, to contain any psychological crisis. I would be lying if I said it wasn't the first thing I applied in consultation at volunteer sites and the first thing certain patients need.

The other one I finished in the middle of the year was psychological intervention based on gender violence. I am a professional who is convinced that, at least in our Latin American context, one of the most common types of violence in consultation is gender violence, existing as a social phenomenon that is present in many clients, without realizing that they are exercising gender violence or vice versa, the person who does not know that they are being abused. However, being aware of the problem is not enough to be able to deal with these cases without knowing their roots, theories, how this phenomenon occurs, and most importantly, what to do in terms of psychological intervention.

During those months, I began my diploma in university teaching, as I will not deny that one of my plans for the future is to teach, of course, what I like most, which is psychology, to contribute in my own small way, the academic and scientific rigor of my profession as a psychologist, and for that, a pedagogical methodology is needed. Beyond liking to teach or share knowledge, tools are needed for that work.

In the last months of the year, I decided to take advantage of the offer from the Venezuelan Federation of Psychologists to offer a workshop on issuing mental health certificates. Perhaps some of you do not know what that is, or if you do, the truth is that this document, which is important for various work or travel purposes, requires prior preparation, as it is a document with quite broad psycho-legal bases and 100% responsibility of the psychologist who issues it.

And last but not least, I decided to learn about digital marketing and social media management. Although we may not believe it or think it is less important, much of advertising, customer acquisition, and retail revolves around social media. Even if that is not the purpose of social media, we have turned it into a tool for advertising (without paying) and selling. Although honestly, all of this is focused on Web 2.0, where it became clear to me that the centralization of these brands has also pushed us to behave in this way, to obey algorithms that govern how we should show what we do or promote, which in the end, when the owners of these brands no longer find it convenient, well, that's it.

Nothing like Web3 and even less so in Hive, however, it is up to each of us to make our world more visible and let people know that they can now own their own advertising on the Blockchain, without paying anything, just investing time. In fact, I create more content here than on my usual networks, but in this world, you have to know how to surf all waters.

Espero se encuentren muy bien, yo bien gracias a Dios, nuevamente por esta cuenta para contarles brevemente de la formaciones que he hecho por este 2025 y mi última experiencia que fue en un taller de Marketing Digital y gestión de redes sociales💜.

Desde que empezó el 2025 he podido concretar al menos un número de alrededor de 4 formaciones profesional, para aumentar y tener un conocimiento amplio de herramientas a utilizar próximamente. Entre ellas están un curso de Primeros Auxilios psicológicos, Intervención Psicológica con base en violencia de género, un Diplomado de Educación Universitaria para el componente de docente, un taller de realización de Certificados de Salud Mental y por último de este año, fue el de Marketing.

Diría que fueron muy variadas las formaciones para este año, sin embargo yo siempre opté por hacer y estudiar cosas que realmente vaya a utilizar, no hacer cursos o diplomados por hacerlos, sino que realmente tengan un fin. Uno de los fue el de primeros auxilios psicológicos, aunque es una herramienta que la pueden emplear cualquier persona, también es necesario estar formados en que son, los protocolos aplicar, en que contexto y situación se usan, y por última, como usar el PAP adecuadamente.

Sin duda fue una de las más importantes porque considero actualmente que la población tanto venezolana como afuera, es de más requerimiento este tipo de herramientas, sobre todo por los constantes cambios que da el mundo de un día para otro a las noticias, y por supuesto, a la contención de alguna crisis psicológica. Les mentiría si no es lo primero que aplicó en consulta en los lugares de voluntariado y lo primero que necesitan ciertos pacientes.

El otro que finalicé a mediados de año, fue el de intervención psicológica basada en violencia de género. Soy un profesional convencido que al menos en nuestro contexto Latinoaméricano, una de las violencias más aparecidas en consulta es la violencia de género, existiendo como un fenómeno social que está presente en muchos consultantes, sin darse cuenta que está ejerciendo violencia género o viceversa, la persona que no sabe que está siendo violentada. Sin embargo ser conscientes de la problemática, no es suficiente para estar aptos en atender estos casos, sin conocer, sus raíces, teorías, forma de efectuarse este fenómeno y lo más importante, que hacer a nivel de intervención psicológica en eso.

Entre esos meses, inicie mi diplomado en docencia Universitaria, ya que no les voy a negar que uno de mis planes a futuro, es enseñar, por supuesto, lo que más me gusta que es la psicología, en brindar desde mi grano de arena, el rigor académico y científico de mi profesión como psicólogo, y para eso, se necesita una metodología pedagógica, más allá de gustarme enseñar o compartir conocimiento, se necesitan herramientas para esa labor.

Ya en los últimos meses del año, decidí aprovechar la oferta de la Federación Venezolana de Psicólogos, en ofrecer un taller de emisión de certificados de salud mental, quizás algunos de ustedes no sabrán qué es eso o si lo sabrán, lo cierto es que este documento, importante para optar para varias cosas laborales o de viaje, se debe de tener una preparación previa, ya que es un documento con bases psicojurídicas bastante amplias y responsabilidad del 100% del psicólogo que los emite.

Y por último, pero igual de importante también, decidí aprender sobre Marketing digital y gestión de redes sociales, aunque no lo creamos o parezca un asunto menos de importancia, muchas de las publicidades, captación de clientes o tiendas, giran mucho a las redes sociales, así no sea el objetivo de las redes sociales, las personas hemos hecho una herramienta de publicidad (sin pagar) como de venta. Aunque honestamente, todo esto centrado a la web2, dónde me quedó claro que la centralización de estás marcas, también nos han impulsado a comportarnos de esta manera, a obedecer algoritmos que rigen cómo debemos mostrar lo que hacemos o promocionamos, que al final, cuando los dueños de estas marcas, ya no les convenga, ps allí quedó.

Nada parecido a la Web3 y menos en Hive, sin embargo depende de cada uno de nosotros, de hacer notar más nuestro mundo, y que las personas sepan, que pueden ya ser dueños de sus propias publicidades en la Blockchain, sin pagar nada, solo invertir tiempo. De hecho, creo más contenido por aquí que en mis redes comunes, pero en este mundo, hay que saber surfear en todas las aguas.
