Greetings, friends of The Anime Realm! It’s a pleasure to be here again, this time to share a musical cover in Japanese of an anime series, as I have done in some other occasions. This is the ending of the first cut of Sōsō no Frieren.
Let's remember that not long ago I shared with you a review of the first season of this extraordinary series of medieval fantasy and magic; on that occasion I told you that the story was about the adventures of an elf called Frieren, a character who has exceptional powers that she has perfected over her more than 1000 years of age, and who is best known for having been a member of the group of heroes who, after ten years of fighting, defeated the Demon King.
¡Saludos, amigos de The Anime Realm! Un placer estar por acá nuevamente, en esta oportunidad para compartir un cover musical en japonés de una serie de anime, como lo he hecho en algunas otras ocasiones. Se trata del ending del primer corte de Sōsō no Frieren.
Recordemos que hace no mucho tiempo compartí con ustedes una reseña de la primera temporada de esta extraordinaria serie de fantasía medieval y magia; en esa ocasión les comentaba que la historia trataba de las aventuras de una elfa llamada Frieren, un personaje que tiene excepcionales poderes que ha perfeccionado a lo largo de sus más de 1000 años de edad, y que es mejor conocida por haber sido miembro del grupo de héroes que, luego de diez años de lucha, derrotó al Rey Demonio.
This piece of music is performed by the japanese singer Milet, known for this and other important openings and endings of several animes. In this case I took the original track, subtracted the voice and lowered 1 tone to the song to adapt it to my vocal range, in the same way I accompanied it with the acoustic guitar.
Below are the lyrics so you can appreciate the depth of the song. It caught my attention that, as an unusual thing, for the second cut of the series they kept the same song, presenting its second verse, which speaks of the great relevance of the message of this piece of music for the series. I hope you like my presentation.
Esta pieza musical es interpretada por la cantante japonesa Milet, conocida por este y otros importantes openings y endings de diversos animes. En este caso tomé la pista original, sustraje la voz y le bajé 1 tono a la canción para poder adaptarla a mi rango vocal, del mismo modo acompañé con la guitarra acústica.
Más abajo les dejo la letra para que puedan apreciar la profundidad de la misma. Llamó mi atención que, como cosa poco común, para el segundo corte de la serie mantuvieron la misma canción, presentando su segunda estrofa, lo que habla de la gran relevancia que tiene el mensaje de esta pieza musical para la serie. Espero que les guste mi presentación.
