My venture to collect Frontier Gold Cards continue. It's been a minute since I hit one in Ranked Play but that streak ends today as I just hit a Gold Foil Rare that goes by the name FrostGuard Warrior. The FrostGuard Warrior is a WATER unit that sports a three shield, two attack, four health and speed of 2. When upgraded to MAX it's stats increase to 4 shield, two attack, five health and speed of 3. These are some great stats at the entry level and MAX level. Note: Frontier Gold cards start at Level 2. Regular foil level one FrostGuard Warriors come with the stats 2 shield, 2 attack, four health and 2 speed which still makes it a beast of a card. I already had this card maxed before flipping another Level 2 Gold in Frontier Ranked play. Looks like my MAX FrostGuard Warrior has some kin to keep him company because I have no intention of selling the extra one I just hit. If I do it will only be for the reasoning of swapping it for another Frontier Gold card.
I hit Silver l in Frontier Ranked play today. My 3 x 5 daily wins have been completed. I'll have another go at Ranked play once my energy replenishes. Currently I'm sitting at 23 energy which isn't all that low. That is still enough for 23 ranked battles. Energy replenishes at the rate of one energy every one hour. Energy can also be found in Ranked and/or season rewards. Ever since I hit a Frontier Black Foil card in the Frontier draw I been wanting to hit another. So far for the upcoming draw I have 28 entries. With one day to go until the next draw I suspect I will at least have 35 entries into the next one. Possibly slightly more. Not the most amount a fellow could have earned but an amount that I'm happy with. My over all win/loss ratio is improving. Many of my early losses took place due to using level one cards. You need to level those cards if you want to be competitive. Competition is fierce in Splinterlands. You won't find any easy battles in Frontier ranked play nor any other raked play you might venture into. However you will find lots of fun and a vibrant community that holds a strong core user-base.

Is a quote from the Leprechaun franchise. Fun fact: Leprechaun 1 was Jennifer Aniston's first major movie roll. The series is worth a watch although one could skip Leprechaun Origins as it seems to be a movie that used the franchises title as click bait. The first three are by far the better entries into the series. This little fellow will stop at no ends to get back his gold and to add to the pile he already has. A fun horror movie that gets lost within the bigger franchises of its time such as Jason, Freddy and Childs Play.
