Saludos amigos espero estén muy bien...
Siempre he tenido claro que las manualidades no son mi fuerte, pero cuando se tienen hijos muchas veces toca hacerlas, sobre todo si se la mandan en su colegio, así que, en esta oportunidad no me salvé 😅
Resulta que la semana pasada mi hija Georgette que está en 1er. Grado de escuela básica me indicó que en su salón la había elegido como reina de deporte, así que debía ir con el uniforme de educación física, una banda y una corona, me pareció excelente, se que ese tipo de actividades le encanta a las niñas, el que la elijan de reina para ellas es algo grande, así que me planifique.
Pues resulta que, el día siguiente, Anna Paula mi hija mayor, me llega con la sorpresa que, ella también es la reina del deporte de su salón, ella está en 6to. Grado de escuela básica, así que SORPRESA! no era una banda de reina, eran 2, tampoco era 1 corona, ahora eran 2, de mi casa debían salir 2 reinas del deporte para la escuela.
Nunca había hecho una banda para reina, pero si tenía idea de algunos materiales a utilizar así que los compré:
- 1 metro de cinta de razo blanca
- 1 metro de cinta de razo rosada
- 1 pote de escarcha liquida.
MANOS A LA OBRA!!
- Lo primero que hice fue medir las cintas en cada una de las niñas, ya que por la diferencia de tamaño no podía escribir con una misma medida, la de Georgette era mas pequeña que la de Anna.
- Posterior a esto le marque la primera letra y un punto en la última, para tener una idea de dónde debía terminar, luego escribí el contenido con lápiz y al final lo repase con la escarcha liquida.
- Pues así de fácil fue realizarlas, solo quedaba dejarlas para que secara, se me ocurrió colocarlas en una parte donde le pegará sol y fue lo mejor, la escarcha líquida se seco más rápido y quedó excelente.
Mis hijas aún siendo hermanas tienen personalidades totalmente diferentes, así que Georgette la quiso completa, solo tenía que colocarle un alfiler en las puntas para que le quedara bien, Anna Paula en cambio solo la quiso por la parte delantera, entonces se la agarre con dos alfileres, uno en el hombro y uno en la parte de abajo de la franela.
Mis 2 reinas fueron bellas y representaron bien cada uno de los grados donde están, no me puedo quejar de esta manualidad que hice, no me quedo tan mal 🤣🤣🤣

Greetings, friends. I hope you are all doing well...
I have always known that crafts are not my strong suit, but when you have children, you often have to do them, especially if they are assigned at school, so this time I couldn't get out of it 😅
It turns out that last week my daughter Georgette, who is in first grade, told me that her class had chosen her as their sports queen, so she had to go to school wearing her gym uniform, a sash, and a crown. I thought it was great. I know that girls love these kinds of activities, and being chosen as queen is a big deal for them, so I made plans.
Well, it turns out that the next day, Anna Paula, my oldest daughter, surprised me with the news that she was also the sports queen of her class. She is in 6th grade, so SURPRISE! It wasn't one queen's sash, it was two, and it wasn't one crown, it was two. Now there were two sports queens leaving my house for school.
I had never made a queen's sash before, but I had an idea of some materials to use, so I bought them:
- 1 meter of white satin ribbon
- 1 meter of pink satin ribbon
- 1 bottle of liquid glitter.
LET'S GET STARTED!!
- The first thing I did was measure the ribbons for each of the girls, since they were different sizes and I couldn't use the same measurement for both. Georgette's was smaller than Anna's.
- After that, I marked the first letter and a dot on the last one to get an idea of where I should end. Then I wrote the content in pencil and went over it with liquid glitter.
- It was that easy to make them. All that was left was to let them dry. I decided to put them in a sunny spot, which was the best thing to do, as the liquid glitter dried faster and looked great.
My daughters, even though they are sisters, have completely different personalities. Georgette wanted it to be complete, so I just had to put a pin in the corners to make it fit properly. Anna Paula, on the other hand, only wanted it on the front, so I attached it with two pins, one on the shoulder and one at the bottom of the shirt.
My two queens were beautiful and represented each of their grades well. I can't complain about this craft project I made; it didn't turn out too bad 🤣🤣🤣
