Showcasing the beauty of the Ixora plant as well as some of its main characteristics

My husband had mentioned posting in this community, like #hivegarden, so even though I'm currently with my children in another state, I'm always keeping an eye on things. These photos I took today near the house are proof of that. I went out to buy a few things to complete our lunch, and on my way back I thought, why not show this **Ixora or Coralillo** plant. It's on a neighbor's property. Sadly, she passed away at the end of 2025, but her siblings have taken over caring for the plants she tended with such dedication.

To be honest, I only knew the name of the plant, but after looking for some information to share here, I discovered there's a wide variety. It also doesn't have specific flowering seasons, so we can see them year-round. It thrives in almost all types of climates, although it prefers tropical ones.

The only recommendation is to keep it in a sunny spot where it gets strong sun and isn't shaded by any larger trees.

This Ixora plant, according to what I've read, symbolizes the following:

**Passion and Deep Affection**
