Looking back on the last edition, we were just diving into a long deep freeze with a hell of a lot of snow. The pizzas only took 3 minutes to cook and we had a literal buffet of pizza ingredients which made for a fantastic pizza bar. ![IMG_4666.JPG](https://images.hive.blog/DQmWFgtaWHgJTK6vWN2qSE1sEoEivLHpgoSJPqyvcZWqmsF/IMG_4666.JPG) Never in all our dozens of LANfests have we had unrestricted access to so many different kinds of draft beer. Sure fridges full of craft beer and even a few that boasted a keg or 2 but never 7 taps of Stout, IPA, Amber, Non-alcoholic Golden Ale, Black Marzen, Chocolate Cherry stout, and guest amber. There seemed to be a half dozen blizzards with no thaw in between 3 full weeks of -10 Celsius weather. The summers are just too busy and profitable without having to bring in live acts so we have some good ones in Feb. It was the 9-year anniversary show of the Revival Vinyl Society evening where you bring gems in your record collection to have played that night. Besides LANfest of course, we have resumed our weekly brewing sessions and presently have 200 litres of Amber, IPA, Cream Ale and Red ale fermenting now.
