President Lee said at a meeting of senior presidential aides on the same day, "In order to overcome the wave of crises from outside, efforts to normalize abnormal elements that exist within our society must be supported."
President Lee said, "Only when the system of society as a whole is improved fairly, transparently, and reasonably will the community's trust and solidarity with social norms be strengthened," adding, "It will open the way to a great leap forward in people's lives."
As a result, ministries such as the Ministry of Justice, the National Police Agency, the Ministry of Public Administration and Security, the Financial Services Commission, the Financial Supervisory Service, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, the National Tax Service, the Fair Trade Commission, and the Korea Exchange are expected to launch an all-round investigation and investigation to eliminate the seven abnormalities.
President Lee also emphasized the active exercise of public power. "Our system itself is quite well-maintained, but it is not working properly," Lee said. "We need to thoroughly implement the existing system and hurry to overhaul the system if necessary."
