Hey, how's it going?
Tonight, I want to share the fan art I did of the Light Healer from Holozing. I decided to do her in a side pose I don’t think I’ve ever drawn any of their Healers like this before. I’ve done 3/4 poses, but never fully from the side. Or maybe I’m forgetting I don’t know! But anyway, I thought this position worked well for what I’m planning next aahahha.
I picked the Light team, sticking with the sequence. I made a few small changes, hope they’re not too drastic. I also included some images of the process. I didn’t record the screen because I was working on it while the power went out several times, and I lost part of it, so I got frustrated haha and stopped recording. I hate losing parts of the process!
I made several sketches and strokes until I had a rough draft that I felt was okay. It wasn’t anything too detailed yet since it was just the beginning. I used the same brush with a bit of texture, which you can kind of notice. But still, I had to fix a lot of things.
As I moved forward, I added more details and decided to make some changes because I changed my mind about what I was doing before. I wanted to add some light in her hands. As for the golden details, I didn’t want to go overboard with that, so I planned to draw them in overlay mode. I like it, but I just wanted to try it this way this time.
As you know, before moving to colors, I needed to make the drawing as "detailed" as I could, but I had to improve the base so I could add the colors properly. I haven’t done the hand yet, but don’t worry, it’ll be there! Haha, I’m not leaving her looking like a pirate… I’m happy with this so I just kept going.
To keep progressing, I laid down a base for the colors like I always do, using overlay mode. Honestly, I usually keep the base simple, and then I’ll add light, shadows, and other stuff later.
I added more color and also the little detail she has on her head just with a slight change. Even though there was progress, the hand was still missing hmmm but that meant I wasn’t too far from finishing!
The idea was for the light or magical glow to come out of her hands, but not in a flashy way. I wanted something more subtle! Also, at first I imagined her hair completely straight, falling down in a sleek way… but then I changed my mind and went for some waves instead haha, I’m always switching things up.

To wrap everything up, I did some final color tweaks as usual. I also finished the hand, added the glow or power effect, and threw in a few highlights on the face and other little details. Just a couple more touches and it was done! Hope you like how it turned out!

Thank you very much for taking the time to view my work.
