Hola familia HIVE, sinceramente estoy muy feliz de pertenecer a esta comunidad, desde que me hablaron de la plataforma me sentí muy motivada y le vinieron a la mente un sinnúmero de ideas de las cuales quisiera hablarles. Soy Yahima Gómez Pozo, tengo 40 años y mi mayor orgullo es mi familia, en especial mi hija.

I am Yahima Gómez Pozo, I am 40 years old and my greatest pride is my family, especially my daughter.
Vivo en Consolación del Sur, el municipio más extenso de la provincia de Pinar del Río, Cuba. Toda la vida he vivido en este municipio, al igual que la mayor parte de mi familia.
Mis mayores distracciones son la lectura, la televisión y el cine, me gusta mucho el cine cubano y la literatura rusa.
Mi vida siempre ha estado asociada a una institución educativa, pues mis dos padres son maestros y se conocieron trabajando ambos en una Escuela Secundaria Básica en el Campo, ESBEC, cómo antiguamente se le llamaban.
Desde los 45 días de nacida asisto a un Círculo infantil y así he ido transitando por las diferentes enseñanzas hasta graduarme en la Universidad de Pinar del Río en el año 2005 de Licenciada en Estudios Socioculturales, centro donde me desempeño como profesora desde que me gradué hasta el día de hoy.
I live in Consolación del Sur, the largest municipality in the province of Pinar del Río, Cuba. I have lived in this municipality all my life, as have most of my family.
My main distractions are reading, television and movies, I like Cuban cinema and Russian literature very much.
My life has always been associated with an educational institution, since both my parents are teachers and both met working in a Basic Secondary School in the Countryside, ESBEC, as it was formerly called.
Since I was 45 days old I have been attending a Children's Circle and so I have been going through the different teachings until I graduated from the University of Pinar del Rio in 2005 with a degree in Sociocultural Studies, a center where I have been working as a teacher since I graduated until today.
Mi hija y mi esposo son el centro de mi vida, a ellos le dedicó la mayor parte de mi tiempo y mi pensamiento. Felizmente provengo de una familia unida, sacrificada, trabajadora, que son mi ejemplo a seguir y parte importante de mi vida. Mis padres, mi hermana y mi sobrino, son sin dudas, las personas donde descansa mi paz, mi tranquilidad.
My daughter and my husband are the center of my life, to them I dedicate most of my time and thoughts. Happily I come from a united, sacrificed, hard-working family, who are my example to follow and an important part of my life. My parents, my sister and my nephew are, without a doubt, the people where my peace and tranquility rest.
Mi trabajo es otro aspecto muy importante en mi vida, que me ocupa mucho tiempo y dedicación, pues constantemente tengo que estar preparándome para impartir buenas clases. Me apasiona entrar al aula y compartir mis conocimientos con mis estudiantes y a su vez aprender con ellos. Estar entre los estudiantes me hace sentir más joven.
Soy un poco obsesiva con la limpieza de la casa, me empeño en que todo siempre esté en su lugar y limpio, recojo los closet cosntantemente, se que parece ser demasiado, yo a veces tambien lo pienso, pero no lo puedo evitar.
No tengo mascotas, lo cual no quiere decir que no ame y respete a los animales.
Otras de mis grandes pasiones, aunque no lo puedo hacer casi nunca, es viajar, conocer nuevos lugares, vivir nuevas experiencias, conocer de otras culturas, conocer personas de otros países, hacer amigos.
Soy mecánica, electricista, reparadora de trastes, me aventuro en reparar cualquier equipo que se rompa. Unos los logro arreglar y otros los termino rompiendo; ya les haré la historia de proyector (reliquia de familia).
Me considero una mujer sociable, luchadora, me gusta tener amigos, compartir experiencias, conocimientos.
My work is another very important aspect of my life, which takes up a lot of my time and dedication, as I constantly have to be preparing myself to teach good classes. I am passionate about going into the classroom and sharing my knowledge with my students and in turn learning with them. Being among the students makes me feel younger.
I am a little obsessive with the cleanliness of the house, I insist that everything is always in its place and clean, I pick up the closets constantly, I know it seems to be too much, I sometimes think so too, but I can not help it.
I don't have pets, which doesn't mean I don't love and respect animals.
Another of my great passions, although I can't do it almost never, is to travel, to know new places, to live new experiences, to know other cultures, to meet people from other countries, to make friends.
I am a mechanic, electrician, dish repairer, I venture to repair any equipment that breaks. Some I manage to fix and others I end up breaking; I will tell you the story of the projector (family heirloom).
I consider myself a sociable woman, fighter, I like having friends, sharing experiences, knowledge.
Conocí HIVE a través de una amiga de los años, poeta, mujer emprendedora, colega @yanerkidiaz. También agradezco la ayuda de @eduardo900613. Me gustaría temas de literatura, cine y cocina, aunque no soy buena cocinera, lo confieso. Estoy segura que participar en esta comunidad será una experiencia maravillosa.
I got to know HIVE through a long-time friend, poet, entrepreneurial woman, colleague @yanerkidiaz. I also appreciate the help of @eduardo900613. I would like topics of literature, cinema and cooking, although I am not a good cook, I confess. I am sure that participating in this community will be a wonderful experience.
