Today I browsed the Lease Market on the Hive Engine.
I saw a lease request of 500 Hive Power delegation for four weeks, offering a total payment of 4 SWAP.HIVE (7.96% APR).
I decided to
fill the request.
Currently I
delegate 500.034 Hive Power to
@anadolu.I very rarely use the Lease Market on the Hive Engine.
If I currently remember correctly, then the last time I used it (months ago), I had to manually undelegate the delegated amount after the delegation expired.
But other than that it properly worked.
Hopefully this time will also properly work.
By the way, my curation APR is mostly also around 7-9%. Rarely above 10% APR. Currently 10.62% APR.
But the return for long term is probably still better on my curation than the return on filling Hive Power delegation requests like this (around 7-8% APR).
Either way, I continue investing both in Hive Power and in Hive Dollars (HBD) savings too.
I will power up at least 100 Hive on the next Hive Power Up Day (HPUD) (on 2025.06.01).
