The Scottish Parliament in Edinburgh has raised an EU flag alongside the Ukraine, UK and Scottish flags, even though the UK is not an official member of the European Union. The UK left the EU at the end of 2020. Brexit.
Do you think this is meant as a criticism of Brexit? Scotland wanted to remain in the EU while England wanted to leave.
