After the mega signing of Neymar.. could it be possible that they could land Mbappe too?? You would think not with the Fifa Financial Play rules.. but with the mammoth transfer ands spendingsd clubs are making, I don't think these rules are as stringent and talks of an initial loan deal may allow PSG to stake a claim as a super club. With Real Madrid possibly failing to sign Mbappe and Barcelona looking less likely to sign Dembele or Coutinho are we starting to see a change in the guard? Only time will tell..
