World War Trump Kicking off in Minnesota? Who'da Thunk it.

The excessively violent and criminal tactics of ICE forces in Minnesota are clearly intended to incite violent resistance, and the blatant murder of Renee Good has inspired Gov. Walz to do something besides rob Americans blind. It is widely reported that Walz has called up the National Guard to secure Minnesotans from progressively more violent ICE operations and interactions with protestors.

Fox News is reporting Walz has ordered the Guard to prepare to support local law enforcement and institutions and secure the public from the violence.

"Ongoing tensions flared earlier this month after 37-year-old Renee Nicole Good was fatally shot Jan. 7 by an ICE agent while allegedly blocking an operation in Minneapolis and driving toward the agent."

Fox neglects to note that the ICE agent stepped in front of the car while Good was attempting to follow the order of another ICE agent to drive away. All of the shots fired at Good came from the side, after she no longer presented any threat to ICE - until her injuries caused her to crash. Good lived for some time after being shot before she died, but ICE refused to provide first aid or allow a physician present at the scene to provide medical attention. Good's murder orphaned her 6 year old son.

Despite these facts, which are known to most Americans whom have viewed video of the killing, Trump and his minions have blatantly lied and claimed the ICE agent shot in self defense after being injured - apparently by ramming Good's vehicle with his body - before stepping to the side and assassinating her.

"Six federal prosecutors in Minnesota resigned on Tuesday over the Justice Department’s push to investigate the widow of a woman killed by an ICE agent and the department’s reluctance to investigate the shooter, according to people with knowledge of their decision."

The Guardian has gone to table top war gaming, and claims this is how Civil War starts in America.

"The Trump administration is encouraging the lawlessness by announcing “absolute immunity” for ICE agents."

"As public outrage grows, ICE has escalated its actions, increasingly engaging in what appear to be random acts of violence regardless of immigration status...One thousand additional ICE agents have been sent to Minnesota, suggesting that Trump is essentially using ICE as a specialized paramilitary force to target protesters and suppress dissent. And the Pentagon has readied the army’s 11th Airborne Division – roughly 1,500 active-duty soldiers – to back up the president’s threat.

"This scenario closely mirrors one explored in an October 2024 tabletop exercise conducted by the Center for Ethics and the Rule of Law (CERL), which I direct, at the University of Pennsylvania. In that exercise, a president carried out a highly unpopular law-enforcement operation in Philadelphia and attempted to federalize the Pennsylvania’s national guard. When the governor resisted and the guard remained loyal to the state, the president deployed active-duty troops, resulting in an armed conflict between state and federal forces."

However, in the event of armed conflict between state(s) and federal government the author points out that feds can't just assassinate unarmed civilians.

"Even under the Insurrection Act, federal troops may not lawfully shoot protesters unless they are literally defending their lives against an imminent threat – yet such conduct is already happening in Minneapolis at the hands of federal agents.

"Finally, it is not legal for federal troops to back up ICE agents who are behaving illegally."

I guess they are unaware of Sherman's march during the Civil War. Maybe SCOTUS can stand in front of tanks waving writs like the hero of Tienanmen Square.

'Tampon Tim' Walz hasn't sent the Guard into harm's way yet, avoiding the instigation of civil war so far. However, it is rumored that former Presidents Obama, Biden, and Clinton are preparing to send National Guard forces from 22 Democrat ruled states to support the Minnesota National Guard in the event of conflict going hot between state and federal forces.

David Knight discusses more with Eric Peters, whom warns that the immigration crisis is being exploited to normalize federalized policing and law-enforcement immunity, eroding the constitutional role of locally elected sheriffs. Dustin Nemos discusses ICE criminal oppression exensively.

In my estimation, both sides of this conflict have no merit whatsoever, neither the soulless Commies nor the tyrant Trump. This whole conflict smells performative, with the outcome exactly what is needed to disarm the American people and make it easy to round us up and stuff us into slave warrens/death camps. Prepare for imminent martial law and tyranny Trump intends to profit from. When thugs violently abuse the populace you will get a violent reaction. It's only a matter of time. God help us all.
