El entendimiento de hoy fueron consistió en una distancia aproximada de 15k de asfalto para llegar al parque y 15k de regreso Aunque parezca poco los km de montaña la verdad me dejaron más cansada que los de asfalto
Today's understanding consisted of an approximate distance of 15k of asphalt to reach the park and 15k of return Although it may not seem like much, the mountain kilometers left me more tired than the asphalt ones.
El entrenamiento de hoy ha sido a un ritmo cómodo que me ha dado la oportunidad de disfrutar más de las vistas y divertirme más en el terreno.
Today's training today was at a comfortable pace which gave me the opportunity to enjoy the views more and have more fun in the terrain.
