¡Hola amigos de esta hermosa comunidad! Espero que se encuentren bien, amigos. Por mi parte, muy bien, gracias a Dios, contenta de pasarme por acá a compartir con ustedes un poco de mi vida. La semana pasada tuvimos una reunión familiar necesaria y perfecta para recargar los ánimos, así que les vengo a contar un poco de cómo me fue.

Hello friends of this beautiful community! I hope you're all well, friends. For my part, I'm doing very well, thank God, and I'm happy to stop by to share a little bit of my life with you. Last week we had a much-needed and perfect family reunion to recharge our spirits, so I'm here to tell you a little bit about how it went.

Al principio nos organizamos para ir a casa de una tía e iríamos solo mi mamá y yo, pero luego se fue sumando mi otra tía y una prima; pero al llegar el día nos encontramos con la sorpresa de que también iría mi abuela, lo cual nos contentó muchísimo a todos porque ella le pone un toque picante a la reunión, jaja.
Así que cuando llegamos ya estaban mi abuela, mi tía y mis primos. Por otra parte, mi tía estaba terminando de preparar el almuerzo, pues el plan era llevar entre todos algo rápido para comer, pero ella dijo que no nos preocupáramos, pues quería hacernos un arroz con pollo. Así que mientras esperábamos, nos fuimos un rato al patio a ver a la tortuga comer lechuga, jaja, a charlar y a ver las lindas plantas de mi tía.
At first, we planned to go to an aunt's house, with just my mom and me, but then my other aunt and a cousin joined in. But when the day arrived, we were surprised to find my grandmother was also there, which made us all very happy because she adds a little spice to the get-together, haha.
So when we arrived, my grandmother, my aunt, and my cousins were already there. My aunt was finishing up lunch, as the plan was to bring everyone something quick to eat, but she said not to worry, as she wanted to make us some chicken and rice. So while we waited, we went out to the patio for a while to watch the turtle eat lettuce, haha, to chat, and to see my aunt's beautiful plants.
A mediodía estaba lista la comida y nos sentamos a comer el arroz con pollo que estaba divino. Me gustó mucho porque tenía un toque de cúrcuma que le daba un rico sabor.
Luego de comer, continuamos hablando, riendo, y llegó la perrita que siempre va a comer o recibir cariño de parte de mis primos, así que nos estuvo acompañando también por unos minutos.
At noon, our meal was ready, and we sat down to eat the chicken and rice, which was delicious. I really liked it because it had a hint of turmeric that gave it a rich flavor.
After eating, we continued talking and laughing, and the little dog, who always comes to eat or receive affection from my cousins, arrived, so she also stayed with us for a few minutes.
