Morocco suffers from poor education, health, infrastructure and other suffering. Thousands of students and unemployed people protest in front of parliament for their poor situation. Is this suffering, which has been living for many years now, allowed to create a recreational atmosphere such as the Mawazine ceremony?
The festival is not considered a solution to the people's confusion about the bitter reality we live in. On the contrary, the festivals are organized when there was no shortage or poverty. Therefore, the people do not take advantage of the huge sums that public institutions use to support this festival, which is useless for what is not being exploited. From the creation of employment opportunities and the rehabilitation of education, health and infrastructural infrastructure and from which these festivals could be organized and other cultural and recreational activities
The festival of Mawazine must be boycotted by all festivals in Arab circumstances, which are neither ignorant nor bloody, and in harsh circumstances in which Morocco lives for a democratic transition.
So the Moroccan people as a whole must wake up from lies and corrupt government philosophies
Let us take advantage of this historic moment to prove to the general public of the Moroccan people and to the entire world that we are aware that we are not a flock of hooligans. We send a message to all concerned and to the whole world that we deserve respect and live in dignity like the rest of the civilized world.
يعاني المغرب من ضعف التعليم و الصحة والبنيات التحتية و غيرها من المعانات و نجد آلاف الطلبة والمعطلين يحتجون أمام البرلمان لسوء وضعيتهم، فهل مع كل هذه المعاناة المعاشة عدة سنين إلى حد الآن يسمح لخلق أجواء ترفيهية مثل حفل موازين؟
المهرجان لم يعتبر حل لملهاة الشعب عن الواقع المر الذي نعيشه، بل بالعكس المهرجانات تنظم عندما لم يكن نقص ولا معانات فقر لذا الشعب، فلمَا لا تستغل تلك الأموال الباهظة التي تستغلها المؤسسات العمومة لدعم هذا المهرجان الذي لا فائدة منه، لما لا تستغل في ما ينتفع به من خلق فرص شغل و إصلاح التعليم و الصحة والبنيات التحتية الهاشة ووو، ومن تم يمكن تنظيم هذه المهرجانات و غيرها من الأنشطة الثقافية و الترفيهية ، فيجب مقاطعة مهرجان موازين بل المهرجانات بالكل في ظروف عربية لا يجهلها الدامي ولا القاصي وفي ظروف قاسية يعيشها المغرب لتحول ديمقراطي
إذن فيجب علي الشعب المغربي ككل أن يستيقظ من الأكاذيب ومن التفلسف الحكومي الفاسد لنستغل هذه اللحظة التاريخية لكي نبرهن لعامة الشعب المغربي والعالم بأسره أننا واعون وأننا لسنا بقطيع تساقون لمنصات المجون و قلة الحياء، وبهذه المقاطعة نوجه رسالة إلى كل من يهمه الأمر و للعالم بأسره مفادها أننا نستحق الاحترام و العيش بكرامة كباقي شعوب العالم المتحضر
