The only prohibition given to us concerning consuming animals is not to eat blood. We must let the blood be poured to the ground. Any moving thing that lives, we are permitted to eat it. This goes for pork. We can eat pork as well if we choose.
Genesis 1:28 - And God bless them and God said unto them, be fruitful and multiply and replenish the earth and subdue it and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the foul of the air and over every living thing that move it upon the earth.
The commandment to Noah was also the original commandment to Adam and Eve, concerning every living thing that creeped upon the earth was given by God to be meat for man. But when God had chosen his people and brought them out of slavery in Egypt, there were specific commandments that were given by God to the Israelites for them only, not for every person upon the earth.
One of the commandments that were given by God to them is not to eat certain foods but those commandments were not meant for ever until our time. It was just a temporal commandment.
Hebrews 9:10 - We stood only in meats and drinks and diverse washings and carnal ordinances imposed on them until the time of reformation.
The carnal ordinances that were given by God through Moses to the Israelites were temporary, not be forever. It is not a law that will be observed by all humanity because when the time of the Lord Jesus Christ came, he pronounced something that will cleanse every living thing.
