Today I broke my fast at about 11 am. I don't really have a fixed breakfast-lunch-dinner structure; I try to eat when I'm really hungry, whatever time it is, and if time and place permit, I try to make it a fairly generous plate that allows me to feed, satiate and enjoy. Today I had a pretty tasty dish; I had a fish stick, some ground beef balls, a beet salad, quinoa and some eggplant batters. I added some cream cheese; I really enjoyed it and was very satisfied. Some of the ingredients in this dish were already cooked and others were prepared by me, a truly divine dish.
