Although Manhattan is not a good place to own a car in, but Cycling has been quite handy there. One more place where you can enjoy the view while cycling is Brooklyn Bridge. As you go along, there is a separate lane for cyclists.
This place is one of my favorites in NYC - and I recommend you guys to do visit it.
