Joy is settling over me like never before. I feel a contentedness and a joy that I can't put into words. I'm just peaceful and happy, joyful over life.

Something that is important to understand about joy is that you don't have to wait for life to be perfect to feel it; you can live full of joy no matter what.

I realize that feeling joy is a choice, and that joy can be found as long as you are willing to change your perspective. 

I am one of those people who can find joy in the ordinary and silly. I am pretty joyful, I have to say!
