Snatching her dagger that was plunged in the victims forehead, she looked around her whilst wiping it down. Two shot straight between the eyes and three taken down with her daggers, she gathered all of her daggers, shell casings and the bullets in the dead corpses to prevent any evidence leading back to her.

Walking in the stony silence of the night, she approached a young child of 8, cowering in the corner. Whimpers were heard as she got closer with each step. Then, she got down on one knee to get to the level of the child. She stared at her closely, noticing the black and blue bruises all over her body and cuts on her lips, she asked softly, "Do you wish to be like this forever?"
The child froze.
Looking up to see the female with dark emerald eyes, the young girl replied softly while whimpering, "No." Staring intensely at the child, she cautiously outstretched her right hand and said, "We can help you change." Afraid, the young girl placed her small hand hesitantly in the females' who stood up. The young girl followed suit and looked up at the female with crimson red hair with her heart beating nervously. The older female pulled her gently towards the exit of the alley whilst the young girl only stared in horror at the dead bodies on the ground.
Passing them by, the young girl asked timidly, "Where are we going?"
Silence.
"Do you know if I'll be able to go home?"
Silence.
"What's your name?"
just as they reached the exit with dawn already rising, the female replied with wind blowing through her hair,

"Dusk."
