I just made arrangements for a fresh bunch of goldbacks to arrive in my doorstep, figured in the meantime to do some photo shoots of the ones that are currently in my possession and I haven't blogged about yet.
So, I'd like to start with my favorite one, the 5 Florida Goldbacks.

This particular gb features the virtue “Audax” (Daring), depicted as a privateer, honoring Florida’s rich history of piracy and adventure during the Age of Sail. This portrayal takes inspiration from the legendary tales of Anne Bonny and Charlotte de Berry.

Taking a proper photo of goldbacks is tricky due to the glare but I think I did a fine job this time :D

As a reminder, this is a 5 GB which means it has 1/200 Troy ounce of gold. Atm they go for 31$ a piece. Some hate the goldback premiums and surely when stacking purely for weight there are many better options.
I guess the pros and cons are a discussion for another time. I am a big sucker for goldbacks so all I'll say is that there's not much harm in having one or two 😆
I'll be making more gb posts in the near future, I guess the company should start giving me a cut lmao 😂
