Plant multiplying is probably the biggest problem for me. This is especially true for roses. I've reviewed dozens of videos where others do it easily and quickly, but every time I failed.
Now I've started a little experiment. I bought special devices for growing roots. It's a plastic ball that consists of two halves. You pour the soil inside and close the ball around the living branch where you want to get the root. It's a simple instruction.
I don't know if I can do it, but I did it. The goal of my experiment was my magnolia and my climbing rose. Both plants are very beautiful and deserve to reproduce. Besides, it's very popular to have standard plants now. I'd like to try it with roses. In the last photo you can see what the standard plant looks like. I have all the conditions to create this. I have different varieties of roses. I have a rosehip for the stand. The only problem was root germination on the stem. If my experiment is successful, my garden will get a lot of new plant options.
