Hello friends of garden friends. It's been a long time since I've been present in this community because I haven't gardened for a long time. I'm focusing on my work. And this time I will tell you about my experience in planting water spinach next to my house.
I don't know if these water spinach seeds are still good or not. Because these water spinach seeds are the remaining water spinach seeds that I planted 3 months ago. Hopefully they will all grow and thrive. I don't know if the water spinach seeds have an expiration date or not.
Okay, let's start trying to plant it.
The most important step is to prepare the planting medium. Here I don't use a lot of soil or compost. I just hoe the soil on the edge of my house which I then loosen and level.
In the second step, I made lines where I would later sow the kale seeds so that they were in rows and neat when seen after they had grown. Usually, when I plant kale, I just sprinkle it like that without making lines like this. This time it's different from usual because it's neat.
The third step, of course, is to sow the kale seeds according to the lines I made earlier using a small hoe. I sprinkled it neatly according to the lines.
The fourth step I cover the kale seeds with the surrounding soil. I cover it thinly so that the kale seeds can easily germinate later. Don't cover it too thickly.
Step Five is also the last step is to water it. And to water it I use just a little splash. Because so that it is not too wet and if it is too wet it will cause the kale seeds to rot.
Those were my steps to plant water spinach next to the house. I hope it can grow well and I also don't know if the water spinach seeds are still good and can grow. I will prove all of that later after the water spinach grows. Wait for my next post. I will tell you about the development of this water spinach when it grows.
Thank you for reading my blog, I hope my water spinach garden can grow well and reap the results. Greetings from me tomidiwirja from Indonesia.
