2. Coconut water from one coconut.
The way I make this moringa leaf juice is:
1. The first thing I do is pick the moringa leaves directly from the tree then I wash them until clean after that I separate the leaves from the branches then I put them in a blender.
2. The next step is I split the coconut to get the water and because my coconut is small the water produced is not too much but it is enough to make this moringa leaf juice
3. After that I mix the coconut water into the blender that already contains the moringa leaves in it.
4. Then I blend the moringa leaves until smooth after that I strain and I only want the water.
5. The moringa leaf juice is finished and can be drunk immediately.
The best time to consume Moringa leaves is in the morning after breakfast. However, for juice made with raw Moringa leaves like this, consume it only once a week. However, if the Moringa leaves have been extracted, it can be consumed every day until blood sugar levels drop.
