Hello HIVE friends, the recipe I am sharing today is 100 percent vegan. However, it does not mean that this food is healthy if consumed every day and anything excessive will not be good. Why do I say that my recipe should not be eaten every day because this recipe contains a lot of oil, even though I have minimized the ingredients used so that the oil is not too excessive, there must still be a limit on the amount to consume it. And today I made this recipe because I am doing a cut day with my wife and I have not consumed all types of fried foods for a month.
The ingredients I use to make this recipe are
1. 200 grams of rice flour
2. 50 grams of wheat flour
3. 50 grams of carrots
4. Chives that I harvest myself from my garden and after I weighed it, it was only 100 grams
5. 1 corn cob.
6. 3 cloves of shallots.
7. 2 cloves of garlic.
8. 2 stalks of celery leaves
9. ½ tablespoon of salt
10. 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
How to make
1. The first is I separate the corn kernels from the cob and I put them in a slightly larger container
2. The next step is I washed the chives first, then I cut them into small pieces and put them together in a container that had mixed the previous ingredients
3. After the corn, the second is I cut the carrots into small, lengthwise slices, but previously I had cleaned the carrots from their skin and washed them thoroughly. After the carrots were finished, I sliced them and then mixed them with the corn.
4. The next ingredient I executed was the celery leaves that I had washed and also cut into small pieces
5. After that I put in the rice flour and wheat flour and don't forget to add the coriander powder
6. The last is I puree the shallots and garlic and I add salt then I add a little water then I blend
7. After the ingredients are smooth, I mix them into the existing dough and stir until smooth and I correct the taste.
8. And my dough is thick like the one in the photo
9. After that I heat the oil over medium heat tending to small. Then after it was hot I took spoonfuls of the dough and fried them until they were brown.
10. Repeat the process until all the dough is used up.
11. My chives and corn fritters were done and I ate them while they were warm with chili sauce.
In this recipe you can add pepper, chili or mushroom stock. But I didn't do all that because I wanted a simple recipe. You can copy my recipe. And thank you for reading. Greetings from me tomi diwirja, Indonesia
