For the past month, I have been routinely consuming Moringa leaf tea that I made myself. And because I always consume the tea, I never make juice or smoothies again. But this afternoon, there is still a supply of Dragon fruit in my refrigerator and I will mix it with tomatoes. It doesn't taste too good if you are not used to it, but this is not just a matter of nausea and not tasty, but I made this smoothie to lower my blood sugar levels, which when I consumed it, my sugar levels were proven to decrease not drastically, but my body felt good. It's the same as when I consumed Moringa leaf tea.
And the composition that I use in making this healthy smoothie is:
1. 250 grams of dragon fruit
2. 150 grams of tomatoes
3. 500 ML of water
And let's make this smoothie together
There are no special steps in making this smoothie, it's just that in making this smoothie I prefer to take the first step which is to wash the tomatoes then I cut them in half without removing the seeds and I put them in a blender
Then the second step I do is take the Dragon fruit that I have previously cut into two parts. After I take the flesh of the fruit, I put it in a blender
And the next thing is of course to mix water into the blender and blend it until smooth
After that without adding artificial sweeteners and without filtering it I immediately put it in a glass and I consume it right away.
In making this smoothie I made it for me and my wife and there were no other ingredients added including ice cubes, honey or granulated sugar. If you want a sweeter taste you can add granulated sugar and for a fresher taste you can add ice cubes to it. But I didn't add all those additional ingredients because I wanted my smoothies to be healthier and my body to feel the benefits faster.
