Trail run past the cows, trees, and creeks.
Still need to get into better shape to get back to where I was. This run was pretty good but not as comfortable as they were for me 3-4 years ago. I'm almost to the pace where i need to reward myself with some new shoes. I'm thinking Brooks Ghosts.
