So whats juicing?

It is goodness in a cup! Juicing is the process of mixing or extracting juice from fruits, vegetables, and herbs. The easiest way to juice is to use a juice extractor, preferably a slow juice extractor, simply because it gives you the most juice with almost no pulp. Once you embark on your own juicing journey, you will learn firsthand, that by extracting the juice from produce, your kids, husband, wife, and friends will be able to consume large amounts of fruits and vegetables in minutes rather than hours.

Who can juice?

You! You! And you! Juicing is for all responsible adults, or teens with proper supervision. I am a huge fitness and health enthusiast, always willing to try new ways of living a healthier lifestyle.

When did I decide to juice?

My interest in juicing began after a conversation with a friend. We went on and on about many different topics, one of those topics included are interest in competing in a mens physique competition. So we discussed ideas and possible ways to accomplish it. Long story short, I looked into juicing. After extensive research, reviews after reviews, and comparing different juicers, a decision was made. One rainy Saturday morning I set out to purchase my own personal juicer.
