FACT: You know how sometimes it feels like nothing good will ever happen to you again; you are fed up of trying to keep the faith, sick of feigning interest, enthusiasm, optimism and can't even remember what it feels like to look forward to something. It can get grim, and trust me, I know what it's like. I also know that - it may take a while - things can change on a dime; out of the blue and for no discernable reason you will suddenly realize that you've come through that darkness......
