Trying out something new with my first ever DTUBE video! These medjool date treats taste so good you will honestly think it’s bad for you. It also only requires 3 ingredients, is super simple to make and tastes just like a snickers bar if you use chunky peanut butter. If you’ve never had a medjool date before, get on it! They are nature’s caramel bites and are a great source of energy as well as fibre, potassium and other vitamins. Dried ones work best for this recipe as they are chewier and more caramel like but any works! Pair it with some peanut butter for a source of protein and healthy fats, dark chocolate for that decadent satisfaction but also the antioxidants and you have yourself a wholesome treat! Don’t eat them too quickly though! Just because they are healthier doesn’t mean they have no calories so eat them in moderation! Let me know if you would like to see more video tutorials!
