@tattoodjayI remember when I was at school they took us to visit various archaeological sites and museums.
I also remember that most us were not very interested in seeing old stones on the ground or statues inside museums.
We couldn’t understand what was so special about these things from the distant past.
Instead, we would very much prefer to spend that time playing games, etc., and we thought the whole thing was a waste of time.
So fast forward to 2025, and more precisely, the 18th of May of 2025, when the International Museum Day was celebrated this year, and you have me interested in visiting a couple of local museums, believe it or not.
Entrance was free, and I thought it would be a good idea to see and admire those treasures of the past, since I’ve never had this opportunity before.
I hope you like them too.
