Today I will begin posting workouts, exercises, and yoga poses for everyone weekly. Today I will provide a link to a quick abdomen workout consisting of 5-20 crunches per exercise and 15-60 crunches per workout. The number of crunches you do will depend on your physical and mental ability when performing the workout. For maximum results, be sure to do 3-5 sets with a one minute break in between. Have Fun!
