The new Captain America, Brave New World, is the fourth installment in the Captain America film series aside from the ones that have been done in the past. Sam Wilson, who starred in the movie, did a great job acting as the lead role of the real Captain America. His performance is a very commendable one at that, joining with Harrison Ford to add more gravity to making the movie an interesting one to watch. This movie is full of lots of crime scenes and actions, which will get you even more engaged while watching because from the beginning to the end of it was full of actions.
President Thaddeus Ross, on the other hand, ultimately got his world disjointed by some intruder, who is Dr. Samuel Sterns. Which was also overwhelming for him to handle as he has been controlled by the external intruder, which he had done some bad things to, and now he is seeking revenge over the crime the president had done in the past. Captain America has to fight to ensure the world doesn't crumble and also save the life of the president in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. What will become of the president and the intruder trying to gain control of the whole universe? What will be the end of Captain America? Will he be able to hold up with the heat?
One of the things I love about the movie is the performances of each of the actors. Anthony Mackie, on the other hand, really showed what it means to be the real Captain America with his powers and abilities. The dynamic between Sam and Ross, who is the president, really made me enjoy the movie and this is because it was full of threat, betrayal, action, drama, sci-fi and so on. These made the movie so engaging and entertaining to watch. Coupled with the fact that the cinematography is top-notch with all the effects, and even President Ross turning into a big hulk was very giving.
This movie was released on February 14, 2025. Every actor who took part really gave it their best short, with the likes of Julius Onah who directed the movie and Anthony Mackie as Sam Wilson (Captain America), Harrison Ford as Thaddeus Ross, Danny Ramirez as Joaquin Torres, Shira Haas as Ruth Bat-Seraph, Carl Lumbly as Isaiah Bradley, Giancarlo Esposito as Seth Voelker, Tim Blake Nelson as Samuel Sterns, and many more.
What I love about the movie.
- The movie was really entertaining, and it has a mix of different genres of movies.
- Anthony Mackie delivered his role as the real Captain America, giving the movie much sweetness.
- I love the effects that were added to embellish every part of the movie.
- The use of technological advancement in the movie was top-notch.
What I really don't like.
- Some of the introduced actors lack the depth of acting.
- Some of the acting felt like a film trick, and it really showed if one concentrates to watch.
- I don't like the fact that we were not told what ended Dr. Samuel Sterns.
Rating: I will rate this movie 4.5 out of 5. This is because the movie was done with much concentration, and it was really entertaining.
In conclusion, based on my view about the movie, I feel it is a good one, and it is a movie I can easily recommend to anyone based on the genre of the movie. To those who love action, crime, sci-fi and lots more, this movie is for you and trust me, you are never going to regret watching this at any point. Well, to some who don't like to watch movies for too long, you might get bored because it is almost a two-hour movie. But the producer really did a great job to make it as enticing and entertaining as possible, so I feel you might not be tired. Give it a try, and let's see what your views are.
